There is no return refund available on custom embossed orders.  Please feel free to visit our showroom and review our samples before ordering.

ORDERING ID ITEMS

On the ID Products Page you can choose the wallet style that you like. With the exception of some large badges, most badges will fit into any of these styles. Full descriptions, sizes, and prices are shown.

We will need to know what badge cutout is to be installed, and how your badge attaches. Does it attach with a snap fastener, a belt clip, a pin, tape or velcro?

Please note that orientation – landscape (horizontal) or portrait (vertical), may also be restricted by badge area size. Please let us know which orientation your ID card has. We will try and match the orientation of your badge to be the same. For example, landscape would be the same as a driver’s license.

We have over 80 badge die cuts in stock, but if in doubt you can send a photo of your badge to help us identify the shape of the cutout.

To complete your order, we will need your mailing address (pick up in Port Hope is also available.) We will also need your credit card information, including expiry date and the security code on the back. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and E-transfer.

Your delivery will be by Expedited Post. It will be delivered with your regular mail but will have a tracking number.

We do not bill your card until the time of shipment.

Delivery is typically between two and three weeks.
